Iwritethat.com only provides writing and editing services to businesses and individuals with a postal address and phone number in the United States or Canada. Clients located outside of these geographic areas must use their U.S. or Canadian mailing addresses and phone numbers.
Iwritethat.com accepts zero liability, monetary or otherwise, for any consequences, results, or damages incurred through the use, posting, distribution, or submission of any documents or writings authored or edited at the request of any Client.
Iwritethat.com does not guarantee or warranty any form of result, monetary or otherwise, through the use, posting, distribution, or submission of any documents or writings authored by our service.
Iwritethat.com guarantees the delivery of any writing that has been commissioned and paid for. Date of delivery is an estimate, and we do not guarantee exact date of delivery.
Iwritethat.com accepts zero liability, monetary or otherwise, for any consequences, results, or damages incurred for receipt of writings or documents after estimated date of delivery.
All writings / documents will be provided in a digital format (.doc or .pdf) unless otherwise noted in writing.
Client agrees that they are financially responsible for the cost of any services rendered at Client's request, regardless of the Client's final satisfaction with the content authored or edited by Iwritethat.com. Client is entitled to two (2) free revisions of any commissioned writing or document. Additional revisions will be subject to charge.
Iwritethat.com is not a research firm. All writings and documents authored or edited by Iwritethat.com are based solely on the information provided by Client. Client is responsible for accuracy of all data and reference material.
Iwritethat.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
In the event of any action brought against Iwritethat.com, Client and agent (if any) agree that the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Seattle, WA. Client and agent expressly waive any objections to venue or personal jurisdiction therein. In any such action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to award of reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any other relief granted.
Orders may be cancelled if written notice is received within 24 hrs of date of purchase.
Iwritethat.com does not grant monetary refunds after 24 hours of date of purchase.
In the event that payment is not made in full in accordance with the conditions of invoice, Client agrees to pay any legal, administrative, and professional collection expenses incurred by Iwritethat.com to obtain collection. Client also agrees to pay 3% interest per month on the balance due.
A $35.00 service charge will apply to all returned checks (virtual or paper format).
Where Client remits payment using a credit card, Client thereby also grants permission to Iwritethat.com to process the credit card for any balances or interest due.
Changes to this Statement
Iwritethat.com reserves the right to make changes to our Terms of Service (ToS) at any time. When we do, we will also revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms of Service. Iwritethat.com will honor the previous revision of the ToS for services commissioned within 48 hours after the most recent date of change in Terms of Service. For material changes to the ToS, we will notify you either by placing a prominent notice on the home page of our website or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to periodically review the ToS to stay informed about how we are providing services to our clients. Your continued use of our service(s) constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service and any updates.
