Due to the nature of some of the documents that we author and edit, confidentiality is a core concern for us at Iwritethat.com. We write proposals and requests for proposal which may include employee names, job titles, project information, and financial data. Iwritethat.com is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of these details for every client that we provide service to. To better inform you about how we protect your information, we have provided the following notice.
Confidential Information
Any confidential information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of authoring or editing your document. Iwritethat.com does not and will not share any confidential information provided to us with any person or entity who is not a direct member of our organization; including third party partners or contracted writers. Iwritethat.com does not provide access to confidential information in any way, except to direct members of our organization, on an as-needed basis. We treat all information regarding document types in our business category as confidential.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
If your business has a policy of utilizing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to manage confidentiality, please contact us using our online form in regard your document request. On the condition that we agree to take on your project, we will ask you to send a copy of the NDA via email. After we return the signed NDA, you may continue the purchase process for services per usual (i.e. paying for the document and uploading resource materials). Please include the fully executed NDA with your upload. We require a copy for our records. We cannot start your project until we have a copy of the fully executed version.
