Proposal
A proposal is a document prepared for the consideration of a potential client by an employee of another company. A proposal typically involves a potential solution for the need of a service or services to improve a process or function of the business, or a request for funds to finance a project that the client business should support. Proposals should include an introduction letter, description of the requirement, proposed solution, and a summary of the costs involved. They are documents of great importance, and can mean the difference between receiving funding or doing business with another company or not.
| A proposal can be very simple or extremely detailed. The proposals that we author are written to clearly illustrate a specific need where your services are necessary or solid reasons why your organization should receive financial support. Because a proposal is sometimes subject to the consideration of multiple members of an organization, its message must be easy to understand, regardless of a person's expertise in a specific field of business. Our focus is on writing a concise document that is persuasive and reader friendly. Our proposal package includes an introduction letter, a table of contents, summaries, and benefit descriptions. I Write That will author you a custom proposal based on the research / reference materials that you upload. |

A proposal is often submitted to a company or organization in response to a request for proposal (RFP). If you have received a RFP, please include it with your project materials so we may directly address the stated concerns and required guidelines of your potential client.
