I wanted to thank you and your staff for helping to make a wonderful 20th anniversary party happen. The entire experience could not have been any better. We originally had plans to host the party on February 20, 2009 at another venue; however, our plans fell through at the last minute. I contacted your restaurant in a frenzy and spoke with the shift manager, Nancy, the day before the party was to take place. She said that you would be able to accommodate our group of 25 guests. When we got to the restaurant at 6 p.m., we were greeted pleasantly by the hostess and our table was ready and waiting for us in a private room. We were quickly seated and arrangements were swiftly handled for the two small children in our party. In addition to the seating, the food and the service could not have been better. Every dish was cooked to perfection and the flavors were excellent. We even had a few special diet needs that were met without any issues. The food was served promptly and your wait staff was extremely courteous. We were concerned that we would be rushed out, but your fabulous staff didn’t seem to mind that we were there for a little over two hours. We also had brought a special anniversary cake of our own for dessert and your wait staff went the extra mile in helping to serve. Again, thank you so much for your incredible staff and making our anniversary party a HUGE success. You can count on our continued patronage as well as that of all of our party guests.
